I'm a brand design leader with extensive experience at top agencies and brands across Europe and the US. Key brands I worked with include Nike, Strawberry Group and Storytel.

In addition to designing and team leading, I also work with key functions inside businesses (notably marketing, product/UX, CX and sales) to help engage and unite them through compelling branding. This means doing the tricky job of coordinating internal stakeholders and external partners, as well as facilitating brand design discussions and workshops.

I'm intrigued by difficult brand questions and enjoy the collaboration that arises out of them. But what's ultimately gratifying for me is to help materialise the outcome into eye-catching and impactful design.



Highlights

Storytel
As head of brand design I helped grow and lead a design team during the company’s intense scale-up period. We accomplished a lot in little time—expand the visual ID and and implement new assets, launch both global and local marketing campaigns, build a robust brand portal, develop a much needed brand platform—to name a few. I also partnered with the head of UX to help develop a design system. The work helped Storytel quickly scale from ~10 to 20+ markets as well as secure its position as the leading audiobook app of the Nordics.

Strawberry Group
I spearheaded the branding of two major hotel developments for Petter Stordalen’s Strawberry Group. At Six and Hobo are boutique lifestyle hotels in the heart of Stockholm. The scope included the Blanche & Hierta wine bar, Deg pizza café and the exclusive rooftop restaurant Tak by chef Frida Ronge. The project spanned over a 2-year period in collaboration with architects Universal Design Studio and Studio Aisslinger. The resulting work was awarded two golds at Svenska Designpriset.

Nike Training Club
I helped lead the art direction for the Nike Training Club app. NTC earned over 1 million new users for the sport brand just one month after its launch. Its quick success led to celeb athlete training programs and global training events. As a result NTC became the de facto driving force behind Nike Training. The work earned a number of awards including Cannes Lions and Clio, and was also named Best App of the Year by the Wall Street Journal and Apple.
